TEAR TROUGH
Tear Trough filler is an amazingly popular treatment that improves the appearance of the hollows under the eyes.
Having tear trough filler can brighten up the face and make you look less-tired, it can also improve the appearance of darkness under the eyes by using a low-molecular weight filler designed specifically for this area of the face administered safely with a cannula to minimise pain and risks.
HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?
Results will last around 8-12 months, sometimes longer depending on different lifestyle factors and metabolism.
WILL IT GET RID OF MY DARK CIRCLES?
The filler will improve the darkness if it is caused by hollows, if the darkness is caused by natural skin pigment then the colouring will not be improved, you may have to think about other treatments such as skin peels/ cream treatments to improve this.
DOES IT HURT?
The treatment is pain free, as a blunt ended cannula is used instead of a needle which reduces the chances of pain and risks associated with the treatment.
HOW MUCH FILLER WILL I NEED TO FILL MY HOLLOWS?
This depends on how deep the hollows are and how well they fill with one treatment. We can only administer 1ml per treatment, so 0.5ml under each eye, this is so we do not over fill the area and cause the opposite effect of puffy eyes. After 2 weeks post treatment you will be able to see if you require another session.
